Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site role. The position offers a salary range of $95,000 to $120,000 plus a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and relocation support up to $15K.

You will design and supervise ABA programs, conduct assessments, and guide RBTs and staff toward high-quality care in a growth-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to supervise RBTs and others pursuing BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor ABA skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff performance, etc.).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
