Job summary

Htprof is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Boston, MA. The BCBA will assess client needs, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and provide clinical guidance to ensure high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with families and clinical teams, maintain professional standards, and support staff through supervision and training of RBTs and BTs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Experience with ABA assessments, BIPs, and treatment planning.
• Strong knowledge of behavior reduction and skill acquisition principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including FBAs.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Analyze data to evaluate progress and modify treatments as needed.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs and BTs.
• Perform client observations and supervise sessions per policy.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals involved in care.
