We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support and training to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the root causes of behavioral issues.


• Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs.


• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.


• Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


• Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Salary=$85,000 plus uncapped monthly bonus , $10,000 end of year bonus guarantee
  Director of ABA Services - $90,000.00 base salary plus monthly bonus averaging 12,000
  Signing Bonus/ Relocation=$10,000-15,000
