Best Ever ABA in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized behavior therapy plans, supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, and contribute to program development.

The BCBA will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, perform assessments, maintain client records, and stay current with research to continuously improve outcomes for children with ASD. Travel to clients' homes and other locations is required.

Formación

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in autism-specific services preferred.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and other locations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and challenge, and develop targeted interventions.
• Mentor and supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay current with industry developments, research, and best practices to continuously improve services.
