Job summary

Top Echelon LLC in Boston, MA is seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will assess client needs, develop and oversee individualized ABA intervention plans, and provide clinical guidance to ensure high-quality, evidence-based services.

The ideal candidate works well with families and clinical teams, maintains high professional standards, and has experience conducting FBAs, BIPs, data analysis, and supervising RBTs and BTs.

Qualifications

• Must hold current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Current state licensure where required.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing ABA treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of ABA, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition programming.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs, skills assessments, and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs and ABA treatment programs based on client needs.
• Analyze behavioral and skill-acquisition data to evaluate progress and make appropriate treatment modifications.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing clinical support to RBTs, BTs, and other direct-care staff.
• Conduct regular client observations and supervision sessions in accordance with clinical and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, therapists, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
