Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Licensed BCBA in Maryland to provide ABA services to individuals and families, conduct assessments, and oversee program implementation. The BCBA will travel to clients as needed and collaborate with families and the corporate office to ensure quality service.

The BCBA will supervise associate behavior analysts and Direct Support Professionals, perform functional analyses, and guide behavior acquisition and reduction procedures to support adaptive life skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed BCBA in Maryland (LBA).
• BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide ABA services to individuals and families.

• Develop adaptive life skills programs.

JOB GOAL:

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in
Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and
adaptive life skills.
A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior
Support Plans.
