Job summary

MDS Staffing in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to coordinate and provide ABA services to individuals and families. The role involves function analyses, assessments, and implementing behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, as well as teaching adaptive life skills.

The BCBA will oversee programming for associate behavior analysts and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to ensure accurate documentation and implementation of Behavior Support Plans,

Qualifications

• MD-licensed BCBA with current credential.
• Experience supervising RBTs and coordinating ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide ABA services to individuals and families.
• Supervise and support associate behavior analysts and DSPs.
• Conduct assessments and functional analyses.
• Deliver parent trainings and communicate with families and RBTs.
• Coordinate with corporate office to ensure program alignment.

JOB GOAL:

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in
Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and
adaptive life skills.
A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior
Support Plans.
