Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland to coordinate and provide ABA services, assessments, and supervision. The role includes guiding Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and coordinating with families to implement Behavior Support Plans.

The BCBA will supervise associates, conduct function analyses, and provide ongoing support to ensure high-quality services for individuals and families served.

Qualifications

• Licensed BCBA in Maryland (LBA) required.
• BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client locations to provide services.
• Conduct assessments and functional analyses.
• Supervise RBTs and oversee programming.
• Provide parent trainings and guidance.
• Communicate with parents and RBTs to coordinate care.
• Coordinate with the corporate office.

JOB GOAL:

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in
Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and
adaptive life skills.
A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior
Support Plans.
