Job summary

KLA Industries in Baltimore, MD is seeking a qualified BCBA to provide services to individuals and families through Applied Behavior Analysis, functional analyses, and skill development. The BCBA will coordinate with DSPs and supervise RBTs in implementing Behavior Support Plans.

You will lead parent trainings, communicate with families and staff, assess progress, and collaborate with the corporate office to ensure compliant documentation and service quality.

Qualifications

• Licensed BCBA in Maryland (LBA) is required.
• BCBA experience is preferred.

JOB GOAL:

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in
Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and
adaptive life skills.
A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior
Support Plans.
