Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Maryland is seeking a licensed BCBA to coordinate and deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals and families. You will perform functional analyses and assessments, develop behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and supervise associate behavior analysts.

You will also provide ongoing support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals, train parents, and communicate with families and RBTs, coordinating with the corporate office to ensure consistent

JOB GOAL:

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in
Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and
adaptive life skills.
A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior
Support Plans.
