Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking a licensed BCBA in Maryland to provide ABA services and supervise staff. The role includes coordinating assessments, overseeing programming for junior analysts, and delivering parent trainings to support family goals.

The BCBA will supervise DSPs and collaborate with the corporate office to ensure alignment with Behavior Support Plans and documentation requirements across clients.

Qualifications

• Licensed BCBA in Maryland (LBA) is required.
• BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients and families.
• Oversee programming for associate behavior analysts and provide supervision to DSPs as it relates to Behavior Support Plans.
• Deliver parent trainings and maintain clear communications with families and RBTs.
• Coordinate with the corporate office to ensure consistent service delivery.

JOB GOAL:

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in
Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and
adaptive life skills.
A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior
Support Plans.
