Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold BCaBA certification and be fully credentialed.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and ability to train and support entry-level staff.
• Compliance with criminal background checks, TB test, and immunizations required.
• Passion for improving quality of life for individuals with autism and families.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs to meet each child's needs.
• Collaborate with families and fellow clinicians to ensure the highest care quality.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians to deliver direct services.
• Utilize data collection software to track progress and update reports.
• Engage with a cross-functional team to support ACES' mission.
