Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy, supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs, and help tailor plans to each child. You will collect data, partner with BCBAs on treatment decisions, and engage families through parent training sessions.

The role emphasizes assent-based care, structured mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and RBTs is preferred.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills for treatment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs for program fidelity.
• Assist in developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data and collaborate on data-driven decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through communication and parent training.
• Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
