Job summary

Centria Autism in Michigan is seeking a BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.

You’ll help develop and modify individualized behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze client data for data-driven decisions, engage families, and align with assent-based, child-centered care. Centria offers mentorship, competitive salary of $75k-$85k, weekly and monthly bonuses, and

Qualifications

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions.
