Achievements ABA Therapy in North Carolina seeks a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment plan implementation, in-person supervision of RBTs, and caregiver collaboration. You will work across home, daycare, and school environments delivering ethical, effective care under supervising BCBAs.

This role offers flexibility with part-time or full-time schedules, an hourly compensation of $45.00–$70.00 based on experience, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with matching, PTO,

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA/related field.
• Experience with treatment implementation and supervision preferred.
• North Carolina licensure or in process to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of treatment plans by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on progress, implementation, and recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration.
• Attend team meetings and work across home, daycare, and school settings.
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory/payer compliance.
