Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment implementation and supervise RBTs across in-home, daycare, and school settings in North Carolina. This role focuses on clinical excellence while the back-office team handles admin tasks.

Compensation ranges from $45.00 to $70.00 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including 401(k), PTO, health/dental/vision, mentorship, CEUs, and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA Certification and NC licensure in process or obtained
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience supporting treatment implementation and supervision preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned service areas
• Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism
• Bilingual a plus, not required
• Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain NC licensure

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs
• Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress and clinical recommendations
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of clinical records
• Maintain HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies
