Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment plans and supervise RBTs in home, daycare and school settings across North Carolina. You’ll collaborate with BCBAs, train caregivers, and ensure compliant, ethical care while focusing on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification with BACB.
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• Experience with treatment implementation and supervision preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within service areas.
• NC licensure or in progress; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person supervision and observations of RBTs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress, treatment implementation and recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration.
• Attend team meetings and work across home, daycare and school settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely clinical records.
• Ensure HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements and company policies.
