Job summary

ABA STEPS seeks a compassionate BCaBA to support assessment, planning, and implementation of behavior-analytic programs. The role involves supervision, data analysis, and collaboration with caregivers, RBTs, and BCBAs to drive individualized treatments.

Under ongoing supervision, the BCaBA will help with functional assessments, program development, and documentation, while ensuring quality and ethical standards across services.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification and valid credentials.
• Ability to travel between service locations.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.
• Familiarity with BACB requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with behavioral assessments and data collection under supervision.
• Contribute to functional behavior assessments and treatment planning.
• Develop and modify individualized behavior-analytic programs.
• Train and supervise RBTs under BCBA oversight.
• Ensure treatment integrity and progress documentation.
