Children Making Strides in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our ABA team, under supervision of a BCBA. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise therapy, and collaborate with families and professionals.

The role requires BCaBA certification, experience with autism, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practices.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid BCaBA certification.
• Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs in implementing therapy techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
