Job summary

ABA STEPS seeks a compassionate BCaBA to join our clinical team on Windward Oʻahu. The role involves assisting in assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering supervised ABA services to participants, with emphasis on data-driven decision making.

You will support RBT training, collaborate with caregivers, and ensure documentation aligns with BACB and payer requirements, while upholding compassionate, trauma-informed care principles.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
• Experience in data collection, graphing, and interpretation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assessments and functional behavior analysis under BCBA supervision.
• Support development and modification of individualized treatment programs.
• Provide direct ABA services under supervision and train RBTs as needed.
• Maintain clinical documentation, data collection, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with caregivers and treatment team to generalize skills.
