Job summary

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst role supports children with autism and developmental disorders through ABA interventions on Oahu. You will implement intervention plans, conduct assessments, document HIPAA-compliant records, and collaborate with families and professionals to promote positive behavioral changes.

Qualifications

• Must have active BCBA or BCaBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and families.
• BCBA/BCaBA license is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA intervention plans.
• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Document medical information ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to provide support and education.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide direct care to children and engage them effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
