Job summary

Bright Pathways seeks a BCaBA licensed in Texas to join a mission‑driven team delivering ABA therapy with a human‑first approach. The role focuses on building strong relationships with families, children, and therapists, while offering therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision.

You will collaborate with families and guide RBTs as we grow our clinical model and company culture rooted in empathy, presence, and purpose.

Qualifications

• Licensed BCaBA in Texas required.
• Therapy should feel personal and relational.
• Experience in ABA and collaboration with families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behavior analytic therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision.
• Guide and support RBTs as collaborators.
• Work closely with families to build a human-first care model.
