Bright Pathways in Texas is hiring a BCaBA-licensed clinician to deliver meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision.

You will guide and support RBTs as collaborators, work closely with families in empowering ways, and help shape our clinical model and culture as we grow. This is a mission-driven role valuing humanity, presence, and purpose.

Qualifications

• Texas BCaBA license is required.
• Passion for person-centered autism care.
• Ability to collaborate with families and RBTs.
