Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care in Texas is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Texas to lead relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and through telehealth.

You'll guide and support RBTs, partner with families, and help shape a care model that centers people and growth. The role emphasizes humane, personalized care and collaboration over procedures.

Qualifications

• Licensed BCBA in Texas required.
• Experience guiding and supervising RBTs or therapists.
• Experience delivering ABA in homes, communities, and telehealth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth.
• Guide and support RBTs as collaborators.
• Work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering, and respectful.
• Help shape our clinical model and company culture as we grow.
