Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA in Texas is seeking a BCaBA-licensed clinician to deliver meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision.

You’ll guide and support RBTs, partner with families in a respectful, empowering way, and help shape our clinical model as we grow. We’re passionate about a human-first approach that prioritizes trust, growth, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas BCaBA license and be eligible for licensure supervision.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy in homes, clinics, or telehealth.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships with families.
