Qualifications

• BCBA licensure in Texas (required).
• Craving to build a better, human-centered care system.
• Therapy should feel personal, not procedural.
• Willingness to collaborate with families and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth.
• Support and guide RBTs as collaborators.
• Engage with families in relational, empowering, respectful ways.
• Help shape the clinical model and company culture as we grow.
