Bright Pathways seeks a BCaBA licensed in Texas to deliver relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision. You will guide and collaborate with RBTs and work with families in a relational, empowering, and respectful manner, helping build a new, human-first care model.

This role emphasizes real voice at the table, flexible work arrangements, and a culture grounded in trust, kindness, collaboration, and care.

Qualifications

• Texas BCaBA license or credential as required to practice in Texas.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy in home and community settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision.
• Guide and support RBTs as collaborators.
• Work with families in ways that are relational, empowering, and respectful.
