Job summary

Bright Pathways in Texas is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth. You will collaborate with families and guide RBTs to ensure compassionate, effective care.

You will help shape our clinical model and culture as we grow, and you will be empowered to implement humane, personalized approaches in every session.

Qualifications

• Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Texas
