Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing is seeking a BCaBA to support individualized ABA treatment programs for children and adolescents with autism. You will collect data, assist with assessments, and coach Behavior Technicians under supervision.

You’ll collaborate with families and clinical team members to enhance communication, social, behavioral, and life skills while maintaining compliance with BACB ethics and Michigan licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCaBA certification through BACB.
• Current Michigan LABA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor learner data to evaluate progress.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and clinical programming.
• Coach and support Behavior Technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Provide direct ABA services when appropriate and participate in team meetings.
