Autism 360 is seeking a BCaBA Clinical Supervisor in Gastonia, NC to lead and coach our ABA clinical team. You will collaborate with BCBAs, support children and families, and coach RBTs to implement individualized treatment plans.

You’ll oversee progress, provide parent training, and contribute to a positive care environment while pursuing BCBA supervision hours and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, behavior analysis, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and their families.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of ABA principles.
• Ability to coach team members, communicate clearly, and build collaborative relationships.
• Commitment to compassionate care and meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans in collaboration with supervising BCBAs.
• Coaching, mentoring, and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians.
• Providing parent and caregiver training to support each child’s treatment goals.
• Partnering with BCBAs on behavior intervention plans and treatment strategies.
• Monitoring learner progress, reviewing clinical data, and collaborating on treatment effectiveness.
• Communicating with families, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary team members to support consistent care.
• Contributing to a positive clinical environment where children, families, and team members feel supported.
