Job summary

Autism 360 in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Director of Learner Services (BCBA) to lead a clinical team while remaining hands-on with ABA treatment. This full-time, in-person role includes supervising RBTs, mentoring families, guiding individualized plans, and coordinating with operations on scheduling, staffing, HR, and billing.

You will maintain defined caseload expectations, drive data-driven treatment, uphold ethical standards, and focus on learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• North Carolina licensure or ability to obtain.
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical, data-driven ABA practice.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborative approach with families, RBTs, peers, and operations.
• Willingness to work full-time in person.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA programming and clinical quality for your caseload.
• Provide a minimum of 25 supervision hours per week.
• Oversee service codes per NC Medicaid and state requirements.
• Develop and oversee data-driven treatment plans.
• Review learner progress to guide treatment decisions.
• Maintain standards for supervision, documentation, and ethical practice.
• Foster collaboration with families and support their involvement in treatment.
