Autism 360 in Hickory, NC invites a BCBA to serve as Director of Learner Services. This in-person, full-time role blends hands-on ABA with clinical leadership, mentoring RBTs, guiding individualized treatment, and partnering with families to improve learner outcomes.

You will have defined caseload expectations, protected clinical time, and strong operational support for scheduling, staffing, HR, and billing so you can focus on clinical care, supervision, and quality of care.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification.
• North Carolina licensure or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical, data-driven ABA practice.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach team members, set expectations, and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborative approach with families, RBTs, clinical peers, and operations partners.
• Availability to work full-time and in person.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ABA programming, clinical quality, and treatment outcomes for your assigned caseload.
• Provide a minimum of 25 supervision hours per week.
• Oversee applicable service codes in NC Medicaid, payer, and state requirements.
• Develop and oversee individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
• Review learner progress and use clinical data to guide treatment decisions.
• Maintain standards for supervision, documentation, ethical practice, and quality of care.
• Build collaborative relationships with families and support their involvement in treatment.
