Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy and mentor Behavior Technicians, ensuring program fidelity and data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with BCBA supervision and participate in developing individualized plans.

You’ll engage families, support assent-based care, and uphold Centria’s values while maintaining structured, collaborative centers designed for learning and growth.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and analyze client data to support data-driven treatment decisions
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
• Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, child-centered philosophy
