Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy within our structured centers, supervising Behavior Technicians and RBTs while receiving mentorship from senior clinicians.

You will help develop and adjust individualized behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs to inform treatment decisions. The role emphasizes family engagement and assent-based, ethical care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCaBA credential and be eligible for supervision under a BCBA.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and RBTs is required or highly desirable.
• Strong data-tracking and treatment fidelity skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs to guide treatment decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training.
