Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a BCaBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in our Michigan centers. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, mentor RBTs, and support BCBA supervision while advancing your career in a collaborative, structured setting.

You’ll contribute to data-driven treatment decisions, engage families, and uphold assent-based, child-centered care. Our environment emphasizes mentorship, professional growth, and work-life balance, with supportive operations behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCaBA credential and be eligible for state supervision.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and supporting BCBA supervision.
• Strong data collection/analysis skills to guide treatment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs for program fidelity.
• Develop/modify individualized behavior intervention plans as needed.
• Collect/analyze client data; collaborate with BCBAs for data-driven decisions.
• Engage families with regular communication and parent training.
