Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Southfield seeks an experienced ABA Manager to lead our clinic's ABA program, mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs, and ensure high-quality services for individuals with autism. Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and drive clinical excellence through evidence-based practices.

You will supervise clinicians, oversee assessments, and help expand clinic capacity while maintaining individualized treatment plans and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and BCBA certification.
• 3+ years of experience leading/supervising behavioral programs and clinical staff.
• Experience with behavioral assessments, support plans, and progress monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the clinical direction of an ABA program and ensure high-quality services.
• Mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs to foster growth and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with Speech, OT, PT, and other therapists to support multidisciplinary care.
• Train and onboard new BCBAs and provide ongoing supervision and development.
• Monitor ABA program efficiency and balance staff caseloads.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
