Empower Behavioral Health is hiring BCBA professionals in McAllen, Texas to deliver clinic-based ABA services. You will supervise treatment implementation, develop individualized programs, and collaborate with families to achieve progress toward goals.

The role emphasizes high clinical quality, ongoing training, and data-driven progress reporting, with a focus on patient-centered care and adherence to BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field and BCBA in good standing.
• Current Texas BCBA licensure required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment ensuring protocol fidelity.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs.
• Write behavior intervention plans for behavior reduction targets.
• Maintain data collection systems and report progress to families.
