Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health in Springfield, PA seeks a Board Certified Assistant Analyst (BCaBA) to join our ABA team serving children with autism. You will administer assessments, develop treatment plans, and support staff delivering services to families.

• Minimum two years of experience with children with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Use available resources to select the appropriate assessment for a learner and complete all required components for the funding source.
• Administer assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Functional Assessments.
• Develop reports including functional behavior assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Train direct care staff in ABA procedures and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs based on data and progress.
• Create individualized programming for clients and caregivers.
