Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to lead ABA therapy services for children with developmental challenges. The role involves developing treatment plans, supervising therapy implementation, and coordinating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCaBA certification.
• Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise ABA therapy implementation.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and progress.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs in therapy techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
