Job summary

ACGBBQ LLC, a Sonny's BBQ licensed franchisee, seeks a Back of House Team Member to support grill and kitchen operations and deliver the best BBQ experience for guests. You will learn Sonny's specialized procedures, maintain a clean workstation, and follow safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Attend and successfully complete any ongoing training or certification programs required by the company, federally, or by the state as it relates to this position.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective time management skills.
• Must be dependable and can maintain a flexible schedule.
• Follows company training and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ability to cook.
• Memorize and apply Sonny's BOH terminology, plating, and procedures.
• Navigate around equipment and manage the grill.
• Work with frying equipment and bread grill.
• Read orders and follow KDS protocols.
• Maintain a clean workstation and sanitary guidelines.
• Perform cleaning duties throughout and at shift end.
• Use a meat slicer and sharp knives.
