Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, is hiring for back-of-house roles. You’ll perform grill and fry station duties, read orders, follow KDS, maintain a clean workstation, and adhere to sanitary guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

We value dependable team players who can manage multiple tasks, work independently or with others, and stay calm under pressure. Training and certification opportunities are provided, with paid time off after a year and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Ability to cook.
• Memorize and apply BOH terminology and procedures.
• Navigate around equipment and manage the grill.
• Work frying equipment and bread grill as needed.
• Read orders and follow KDS protocols.
• Maintain a clean workstation and sanitary standards.
• Perform cleaning duties during/after shifts.
• Use a meat slicer and sharp knives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
