Job summary

BEAST Craft BBQ Co. is seeking a General Manager for BBQ operations and the commissary hub. You will lead high-volume, multi-location prep and smoking programs while maintaining the BEAST standards for quality and safety.

You will manage kitchen and service interactions, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance. Expect a leading role across recruiting, training, and culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of GM experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven ability to master professional pit operations.
• Current ServSafe and BASSET certifications.
• A fair, level-headed leader who stays calm under pressure and leads by example.
• Full open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; primary floor presence during peak periods.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Commissary & Logistics management, production schedules, and inventory control to ensure timely, high-quality prep and meats across satellite locations.
• Lead hospitality, guest engagement, and floor management to deliver 100% guest satisfaction.
• Maintain pit operations expertise, enforce recipes, smoke schedules, and quality standards.
• Manage P&L, labor, and COGS with weekly KPI reviews and corrective action plans.
• Recruit weekly, mentor staff, and uphold BEAST culture and standards.
