Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in Baytown to build and maintain product displays, manage stock, and place orders on existing routes on a full-time schedule. You will drive a personal vehicle to service routes, with a typical 7am start and completion after route completion.

Need a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50+ pounds. Benefits include incentives, bonuses, and comprehensive plans.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
