Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to support South Houston and Pasadena routes. This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to use your own vehicle for daily route coverage.

You’ll build displays, set up point-of-sale advertising, manage shelf levels, inventory, and order products on existing routes. The position offers starting pay $19.68–$24.73 per hour plus incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
