Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Merchandiser Floater to support Baytown, League City and surrounding areas. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 7am start, with route-based travel and on-site merchandising of Coca-Cola products.

You will build displays, stock levels, and coordinate with customers to ensure optimal shelf presence. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ pounds are required; prior merchandising experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds, kneel, bend, and reach overhead.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up with customers and coworkers.
