Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to stock and display beverages along designated Houston-area routes. This full-time position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours.

Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, with performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Lift, pull and push 50+ pounds repetitively.
• Excellent planning and organization with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on routes.
• Daily communication with customers, coworkers and shoppers.
