Forest Hill Health & Rehab in Richmond, VA is seeking an RN or LPN for our Baylor Weekend Program on a full-time basis. The schedule offers weekend-focused shifts with options for 7A-11P or 3P-7A, and pay ranges with nightly shift differentials.

As a Baylor Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, complete assessments, and communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the care team. Virginia licensure and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN or LPN license in Virginia.
• Current CPR/BLS certification as required.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Dependable and committed to the Baylor weekend schedule.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A compassionate, resident-focused approach to nursing.

Responsabilités

• Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing leadership team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
