Forest Hill Health & Rehab in Richmond, VA is seeking an RN or LPN for the Baylor Weekend Program on a Full Time schedule. Shifts run 7A-11P or 3P-7A, with competitive pay and shift differentials.

This role focuses on high-quality, resident-centered care with weekend availability that frees weekdays for personal commitments. The position requires Virginia licensure and CPR/BLS, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, meticulous documentation, and adherence to safety guidelines in a long-term care

Qualifications

• Current and active RN or LPN license in Virginia.
• Current CPR/BLS certification as required.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Dependable and committed to the Baylor weekend schedule.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A compassionate, resident-focused approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergencies.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing leadership team to ensure continuity and quality of care.

LPN Wage Range: $30.50/hr - $37.62/hr + Shift Differential
