Forest Hill Health & Rehab in Richmond, VA is seeking an RN or LPN for our Baylor Weekend Program. This full-time role offers a weekend-focused schedule (7A-11P or 3P-7A) designed to maximize weekends while maintaining weekday flexibility.

The position includes administering medications, performing assessments, and coordinating with physicians and families. Strong teamwork and compassionate, resident-centered care are essential, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Current and active RN or LPN license in Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred.

What You'll Do

As a Baylor Nurse at Forest Hill Health & Rehab, you'll play an important role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team.

• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergencies.

• Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment.

• Work collaboratively with the nursing leadership team to ensure continuity and quality of care.

What We're Looking For

• Current and active RN or LPN license in Virginia.

• Current CPR/BLS certification as required.

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Dependable and committed to the Baylor weekend schedule.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
