Job summary

Topgolf is looking for a guest-focused team member to greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure bay areas are clean and inviting.

You will assist with bay setup, explain Topgolf technology, and address guest questions with professionalism while upholding our core values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality or restaurant setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
